I’m upset again.

Yeah, I know, how unusual. Most of you guys are probably rolling your eyes in disgust, mouse cursor hovering timidly over the close button. I have reason this time though, I swear.

Recently, (for the last few days, at least) my legs have been quite sore. More specifically, my shins have been killing me whenever I’ve been walking/running. I mentioned this to my trainer ysterday and he grimaced, mumbled something about shin splints and told me to ease up on the running for about a week. He then said that if it keeps up I’ll have to see a physio and get some different shoes. THose of you who’ve been in contact with me of late should be able to sympathise with how much of a disaster this is

On a somewhat lighter note, I went and saw Karnivool on Sunday night with the jew. They were -fantastic-. I didn’t think much of the first warmup act (Anti-Skepetic, I believe they were called), and the second band (Blindspot) were marginally better. Their singer was a total cutie though, so they were far easier to tolerate.

Karnivool were amazing. They opened with Roquefort (one of my absolute favourites) and, I know this sounds cheesy, but they only got better and better from there.

Jono, the super cute bass player. He had his hair cut since the last time they were here (and I think the hottie.jpg filename is wonderfully appropriate)
