It’s true, it’s all true. He has. He has a new rule for me.
No carbs before noon. So for breakfast? No more toast. No more fruit. Fucking.. what am I going to eat? He suggested omelettes. That cheered me, somewhat. It cheered me a bunch, actually, because he said I can put bacon in them. Sure, only a little bit of bacon, but BACON. BACON!!!!
Fucking cool.
Is it wrong of me to hope that a few people get hit by cars and can’t make it to the LAN on Saturday? I mean, having them (and yes, I’m talking about more than one person here. I’m looking at you, hentai_bob.) get hit by cars at all would be faantastic (not fatally. Just enough so that they’re not there.) enough. *cough*
So he wants you to replace carbs with protein, fat and cholesterol instead? Are you planning to become a female bodybuilder now Jess?
No carbs for breakfast is odd. Usually you can have carbs for breakfast and not the other two meals. mmm…although if you haven’t eaten carbs since dinner you would have already burnt them during the night, so until lunch time your body would be burning your fat stores. Thus you loss weight, while maintaining muscle tone. Wow, that makes sense.
