Camping!

After getting all inspired by Ashley’s blog, and after remembering my many discussions on the camping matter with Nathan, I decided to bite the bullet and get organised. So, I’ve gathered together a group of roughly 8 people (Me, Nath, Ash, Scott, Grant, Laura, Tom and Joel- with possible others) and arranged to go camping for the weekend of the 20th at the Kenilworth State Forest - http://www.epa.qld.gov.au/projects/park/index.cgi?parkid=108.
I sent out an email full of instructions and information because I really want this to be somewhat organised so when we get out there we can have an awesome time rather than not having all the right junk and sitting outside in the cold because everyone somehow forgot tents. And matches. And firewood. And.. vehicles. *cough*
That would be a disaster… Not being able to get home because we left the cars behind. I’m really glad you are organising this, because aside the fact that I love camping; not having all the right junk needs to be blamed on somebody.

I havent checked your blog in a while and we did exactly the same thing.
Except going from the 12 - 14
And I ended up being organiser lady
It me and Numbers and a couple of each of our friends.
But then at the last minute we changed venue from The charlie Morrland area at Kenilworth to THE BUNYA MOUNTAINS where a friend owns a holiday house and got us in for free.
So we miss out on camping but it will still be awesome.
